Rental Fees: $165 for a 4-hour minimum rental; $40 per additional hour. A $150 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required.
Community Center Hours: 8 am to 11 pm
Facility Size & Capacity: 2,800 sq ft with a maximum capacity of 150 people.
Tables & Chairs Provided: 12 round tables (72"), 2 rectangular tables (8 ft), and 112 chairs available for use.
Kitchen Amenities: Includes a refrigerator and microwave. Renters must clean all surfaces and remove any items after use.
Reservation Details: Reservations may be made up to 6 months in advance and must include setup and cleanup time. Reservation is not confirmed until full payment is received.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel 14+ days before rental: Full refund (rental and deposit)
- Cancel 7–13 days before: Deposit refunded, rental fee forfeited
- Cancel day before or day of: No refund
Use & Restrictions: Alcohol allowed only with a Special Event Beer Permit (requires application 15+ days in advance). No smoking, fireworks, open flames, or wall-mounted decorations.
