The Human Resources Department supports the City of Red Bank by managing all aspects of employee relations and workforce development. Core responsibilities include recruitment and hiring, onboarding and training, benefits administration, and policy implementation.

The department ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and employment standards while maintaining accurate personnel records and overseeing employee compensation and benefits programs.

Through strategic human resource management, the department works to foster an "Employer of Choice" environment.
